Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all tags and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • All spare parts and accessories (Microwave Spares, Multi Cooker Spares, Pressure Cooker Spares, Steam Cleaner Spares, etc.)
  • Opened or used Steam Generator Anti Scale Cartridges
  • Any products that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your return request (use the template below)
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and include a copy of your order confirmation
  4. Ship Your Return – Send to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time:
    • 3-5 business days for PayPal refunds
    • 5-10 business days for credit/debit card refunds (varies by bank)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Restocking Fee: None for eligible returns

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order information. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • Refunds will be issued in US Dollars (may be subject to currency conversion fees)
