Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • All spare parts and accessories (Microwave Spares, Multi Cooker Spares, Pressure Cooker Spares, Steam Cleaner Spares, etc.)
  • Opened or used Steam Generator Anti Scale Cartridges
  • Any products that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval – Our customer service team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our return center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Processing Time: Please allow:
    • 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account
    • 5-10 business days for credit/debit card refunds to appear on your statement (processing times vary by bank)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply to eligible returns.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model:

  • Follow the same return process above

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:
